6 Minute Abs

Boca Grove’s Fitness Director Jennifer Cruz shares an abdominal workout to help strengthen your core and reduce your stomach and waist. All you need is six minutes!

Lie on your back, roll knees in towards chest. Repeat for 30 seconds. You can also do this with your legs straight rolling back slightly (see picture).




Straight leg toe touchesstraight leg toe touches
Lie on back with your legs straight up 90%, reach your hands to your toes and back down. Repeat for 30 seconds.








Get into a prone position on your elbows and toes. Hold body straight and tighten core for 60 seconds.




Repeat each exercise three times. It’s that easy!
